We're a Pandemic weekend couple

I ate dinner looking out the window. The woman in the window of the apartment across the street eats alone like me. She's looking at me. I picked up a glass of wine. She holds a glass of wine, too.

Old thoughts come to mind. It was very painful to imagine my father eating alone on a dark evening after my mother passed away. But before I even started worrying, the father had a girlfriend. I was so thankful. My body and mind were comfortable as if I were stretched out in the June months. The father made a new lover again whenever his girlfriend left. I didn't have to worry about my father's loneliness until he died. It was the power of the weight of his thick wallet that looked like a boxing glove.

I am alone these days. Ironically, I hated having my father alone because it made me feel uncomfortable, but why would it be so good to be alone without being disturbed by my husband? It's probably because I'm a pretty selfish human being. If I was alone, like when I was studying abroad, I would be lonely and wander around the streets, snooping inside the window of other's house, and lament, but I am within reach of my husband and children now. With the pandemic, we became weekend couples. The artist husband doesn't care about holidays or anniversaries, he sticks to coming on Saturday evening and sticks to going to the studio at dawn on Monday.

I sleep when I want to sleep, eat when I want to eat, and do only what I want to do. There is no need to get angry over nothing.
"If one of us is sick and lies down, one of us making a living, so learn how to live in advance."
"I see. Mrs. Lee.”
He takes the food I made on the weekends, but I bought a washing machine a red refrigerator that resembles a mailbox in the 60s, and all appliances in the studio, so that my husband would not be uncomfortable with living.

Even after Covid-19 is over, I want to continue the weekend couple. My husband doesn't seem to hate it that much either. Is it my idea? I'm not sure.

'Being a weekend couple! You saved your country in the past life.'
It's a story circulating on the Internet. My feisty personality cannot have saved a country in my previous life. Wouldn't my good mother save the country for me in her previous life? Or is it that my mother's wishes, which she prayed with her sincerity, diligently visiting the temples for the peace of my family, reached me late?

Love your neighbor

"Did you get a vaccine? I got it."
The woman next door asked me.
"No."
Since mid-January, I have been rushing around the Covid-19 vaccine website and making numerous phone calls, but I was about to let go of my hand in desperation because I couldn't make a reservation. The woman next door emailed me a link to make all kinds of reservations. She and my two sons wanted me to get a shot quickly. I couldn't stay still. After the challenge again, a reservation was made. It's a site I could barely do. https://covid19.nychealthandhospitals.org/COVIDVaxEligibility

I go round only at home and in the park, then take the subway in almost a year. It is my first time road. I was heavily armed in anticipation of waiting a long time in a long line to get an injection. I am not going a long way, but why am I so unstable and anxious? After I've been in quarantine for a long time, do I think there's a long way to go if I can't walk? It feels like the people and the road have fallen far and far from the house.

I got off the subway and looked around. The police are looking at me as if he was waiting. He asks kindly as soon as his eyes meet mine.
“Are you going to get the vaccine? Go three more blocks along the road, turn right and go two blocks.” While walking around looking around, I fell on the frozen ice. A young man coming from behind reached out his hand and raised me up and supported me to the end of the ice.
'Did I say thank you or not?'
Perhaps I failed to properly express his gratitude to him.because I was out of my mind after suddenly fell. There is no long line when I arrived at my destination. It was absurd. I was looking around. A woman approached with an iPad. Needless to wait, I put the bob cord that I reserved on my phone on her pad. I was guided and got a Moderna vaccine very easily. There were more people working there than people who came to get vaccine. The government system that required complicated reservations was resentful and regrettable.

On the way back, as I got closer to home, my arms and legs became weak and my walking became sluggish. Opened the apartment door. The warm air embraces me as if welcome. 'Why does my home look so clean and cozy today?' I threw myself into the house. I don't think I can go back to my old life due to my long-standing pandemics habit. I told the woman next door and sons that I had a Covid vaccine. They are very happy as if anxiety let go. I'm glad I got the vaccine in a hurry. I didn't expect they would to love it so much!
'Do better with neighbors than with parents and siblings who are far away,'
Thank you very much for Susan next door.

Intuition taryeong

"I've read Lee Soo Im's story for eight hours for two days. The paintings are cool and the writings are interesting.”

Someone enters my blog and reads 159 posts a day and 179 the next day. Who is it? I was curious. Intuitively, two people came to mind. But my guess was wrong. I didn't expect an acquaintance that had just finished his son's wedding and thought she would be droopy is reading my article!

In the past, the number of views reading my articles suddenly increased, so who is it?
'I think I'm becoming famous now.'
I have been mistaken. There was a person reading it in a totally outrageous place that I didn't even think about.
'My intuition is correct. No one can fool me.'
I am often disappointed with myself, who has lived with intuition full of pride. As I get older, the frequency of missed intuition increases. If I do my best and leave it to the world as it flows, I will have no expectations or disappointments.

Let's not weigh a world that doesn't work my way. Let's live by the fun of writing and reading while making art works.

I'm reluctant to buy a book. Because I don't like books piled up in the house. I think hard about how to effectively throw away books I borrowed or read. It is a treacherous life of interest, which likes books but does not like to be piled up on the other hand. I threw away the novels from the books I read. I'm reading and throwing away books that I haven't read. The sound the book makes as it falls into the trashcan is like the relief of looking at a cleaning truck that collects garbage piled up in front of the house without a murmur. The bookshelf became brighter and cleaner.

I am reading to Park Kyungni's 'Toji' given by my friend a long time ago,. It reminds me of a story that someone reads 'Toji' and copies it into a notebook to study writing. Sol Publishing published it in 1993. It's fun as if I'm addicted to soap operas. I read only one or two chapters in the evening because I feel that every time I turn the page, there is less to read.

Some of the characters in the work believe the land as life and live faithfully, but some constantly conspire in the shady roof to aim for the property of Choi Cham-pan. The rich Gyeongsang dialect, vivid language and sentences and sentences naturally connect as if a rope clown glides on a string and then making it more interesting. Like in the ‘Toji’ book, things of the world that baffle me arise. Don't put on a gut feeling by imagining and thinking about something that's not good. I'll do my best and wait silently and let's leave it to time.
